About

In 2021 Brian Harris made the decision to form his own manufacturer’s rep agency to build it and operate it under his long term goals. He prides himself in working from the ground up, bringing a significant amount of experience in the HVAC and mechanical industry over the last 30 years. He started out as a service technician working in Raleigh, North Carolina for one of the largest heating and air conditioning contractors on the east coast, eventually working into a management role.
Continuing to build his career, he transitioned to a salesman position at a highly regarded plan and spec rep company in the Carolinas calling on mechanical contractors and specifying engineers. Brian then transitioned to the distribution side and spent time in management roles, and after years of climbing the corporate ladder, started consulting for a large, multi-location HVAC contractor. From there, he spent the last 16 years at a wholesale manufacturer’s rep agency. With a strong passion to be a business owner, Brian formed Harris Resource Group, Inc.
