Brian prides himself in working from the ground up bringing a significant amount of experience in the HVAC and mechanical industry over the last 30 years. He started out as a service technician working in Raleigh, North Carolina for one of the largest heating and air conditioning contractors on the east coast, eventually working into a management role.

Continuing to build his career, he transitioned to a salesman position at a highly regarded plan and spec rep company in the Carolinas calling on mechanical contractors and specifying engineers. During that tenure, he has served on several advisory councils, including the Hardcast Navigators Council, Chair of the HARDI Rep Council and 3 different chair positions with the Southern Piedmont ASHRAE chapter. Brian then transitioned to the distribution side and spent time in management roles at two large, national distributors.

Rep Agency Expertise

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, Brian started consulting for a large, multi-location HVAC contractor. From there, Brian was offered a position at a wholesale manufacturer’s rep agency, where he spent the last 16 years.

With a strong passion to be a business owner, in 2021 Brian made the decision to form his own Manufacturers Rep Agency to build it and operate it under his long term goals.
